About Us

At PL House Consulting, LLC, we are dedicated to driving educational excellence by providing expert guidance and transformative support. With over 40 years of combined experience in K-12 education, our co-founders have spent their careers empowering ELA teachers and leading school-wide literacy initiatives.

 

After working with schools and districts across multiple states, we have found that most initiatives succeed or fail based on three factors: Clarity of expectations, leadership Capacity, and Consistency of execution. We specialize in delivering tailored educational consulting services that address the specific needs of school leaders and educators. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver impactful instructional coaching and to guide schools through effective improvement planning.

 

PL House Consulting reflects our body of work in literacy leadership, professional learning design, and implementation science. Currently, our focus is on supporting K–12 educators and leaders through professional collaboration and thought partnership.

About the Founder

Woodsen Plummer, founder and lead Strategic Clarity Architect of PL House Consulting, LLC, has 20 years of experience in the K-12 sector. He is an educator, implementation specialist, and strategic clarity architect who has worked nationally with schools and districts to design systems that strengthen instructional culture.

Throughout his career, Woodsen has served as a high school English teacher, instructional coach, academic data coach, and a K-12 Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator. He guides K–12 leaders in instructional leadership, culture development, and implementing effective learning solutions. Woodsen developed the C³ Implementation Framework after working with schools and districts across multiple states and observing breakdowns in clarity, leadership capacity, and implementation consistency.
